We must first learn what it means to be spiritual before we can teach what it means to be a Holistic Balance Actualist - like being a child to truth before mastering mature adult truth

The first few paragraphs just describe the most basic practice of spirituality by the name of Spiritism, but as you read further down where you see the LEVELS, they go beyond just this:

You can choose to practice either one of these levels of spiritual awareness until you naturally feel ready to evolve to the next one.....but mind you: you can only feel the fullness or authenticity of the deeper in the light practices until you learn about the slightly in the light ones

The definition and meaning of living spiritually:

The spirit realm is that which connects all the souls of the universe that use bodies as their vehicles..............A spirit of some soul or body is actually just its metaphysical origin so deep within its make-up, or we can just call it its metaphysical anchor ........Therefore, a spirit of something is that which gives it a sense of purpose, looks out for it, and helps to keep it alive, and is therefore much deeper than its soul..........A being's spirit is there to serve as "The Witness", or "the Purely Objective One" set free from any sense of uniqueness, and, therefore, has the same exact characteristics as all other spirits which occupy each and every organism's soul...............Yet there is a subtle difference between "a spirit" and "the Spirit"............The Spirit - which some call the Holy Spirit - is the all encompassing metaphysical field, or life force connecting all things as a Universe, whereas "a spirit" is just sort of like a magnetic energy circle-point within this field in certain locations to serve as origin outlets for "The Spirit" to open into existence an organism of choice, and making that origin essence its most pure metaphysical nature that is there to make sure it can stay alive

Therefore, when we live spiritually, we live with the awareness that we are something other than our physical bodies, which is that we are actually the fusion of a "spirit and soul" occupying the body until their union as one lives out what the Spirit of the Universe has the fusion uniquely set out to live - all the while the spirit part within that soul package of energy vibration (to have access thru a body's center) simply observes, monitors, and sees in 360 degrees all that is beyond possible physical sight, acting as it's protective 3rd eye......In two-eye creatures the left eye is for actuality vision via soul, the right eye is for reality vision via physical self, and that 3rd-eye in the pituitary gland for ultimate reality-vision - seeing into the superconscious - the divine eye

In regards to the Spirit of the Universe (or the Divine) that they (the body, soul, and spirit – the Trinity) all sit in, you can call this universal spirit whatever you want to call it (for short we can call it God), but the name we creatively choose to give it is besides what ultimately matters - all that ultimately matters is what this entity actually is and what it is seeking to do (you can find out in that which follows after this paragraph – and while you’re at it, research the power of the number 3 – the Trinity Power)

Basically, spirituality is the practice of listening to and flowing from this deepest part of your metaphysical energy make-up - that which comes most natural to you as breathing, and allowing it to serve as a piece of a puzzle to everything else that's outside of you - to the universe itself, who we all in essence actually are.........so, living spiritually is polar to living for only satisfying one's self (or ego) - it's about living to satisfy the spirit of the universe above all (in which I'm choosing to call god), and only then to go about it in one's own unique way, uniquely contributing to the whole.

This whole practice is something other than what we define as "religion", which is: when we limit people to some of God's truths, calling it one thing, making it something you must obey, and ask people to forget about actually knowing why for sure - just fully trust it.............This, however, is a spiritual practice that starts from knowing what God actually is from the essence, and remaining open to its many levels that, although we can give them distinct names, they are actually still of the same practice, and even if you decide to leave the naming of it blank in your mind, it serves the purpose to help you go in and find out for yourself - that's even if one decides to bypass all or even most of what's in writing about the practice............Once you get that real feel of God there (within) as an experience, then you can optionally come back and read how to properly stay in connection with and retain memory of that great spirit that's within all things..............Yet, religion is set up that followers of it only believe in a certain version of God, and that those leading it keep humanity oblivious about how to gain access to the actual source and see where the truth actually lives...................This is why most people eventually stop believing in religion because a part of their self only feels like half-certain about it, so without further ado, here's everything of this spiritual practice that leads up to Holatance

God is that which is beyond being just a man, some mother of nature, or a Holy Ghost in our sky.........Whatever set image one can envision, God is actually "ALL" - as this whole - serving as this ultimate entity responsible for all............God "is" actually this whole entire out-stretch that we call the universe -  even what we call Life or Nature - it's all God.............All that exists or to ever exist lives in this universal body of God..........Every part of this universal body is actually god in its multi-dimensional aspects, acting out like it's something other than the ultimate whole............It's god opening up more of god............Only lack of understanding, ignoring its true purpose, or turning away from its full light can make something seem like it's other than our God..............To answer where it's all from, the answer is: from all that is imaginable and beyond what any part of it can imagine - be fine with that simple answer..........We can erase from our minds that there is a number to it, or  has some exact starting point - those are reality limits of perception - in ultimate actuality it just reaches out ultimately, so free in the truest sense of freedom that it's free of any limit of perception of a beginning, end, any set number, or limit........ "How many Gods" one may ask - best answer: God is out of such limit of numbering it, so, therefore, God is just this all-encompassing whole, and even beyond human word descriptions..........God "is", and extends out to, the ultimate and absolute - period - rest assure on that mankind.

God, our universe, or life, "is" just the way it is - name it whatever (or discover in these passages what calling it god actually does - where's Waldo, lol), it's still free of the reality limit perception of it having any limit or even an origin.......In the case of seeing it at limit of an "origin", that only serves a creative reality purpose, which is, so that an aspect of god can focus on something to make some real creation out of it, free from the distraction of the rest of this God........Therefore it's more authentic to say: Life is just here - period - and Life is everywhere, to whatever imaginable extent that you can try to imagine that there's more of it - welcome to seeing in ultimate actuality mankind

To think there can be some point of existence that you see everything is just beginning to form, all suddenly exploding into existence, or even all ending, all gone, all empty looking, all a blank slate, or all black, are just different states of consciousness, thinking, and switch-ups of vision that align with the many dimensions of seeing and experiencing life, you silly human beings.........Even just seeing the black of the darkness, is still a form of life, silly human beings................So, go ahead, be creative, word-play, and entertain the ideology in your mind that spells "No Life", close your eyes, and look at what you actually see - a word "No" next to a word "Life" - mind creations - which is in this case a "no" or a "nothing" creation next to what you envision as life, so this means that it's actually still a creation of something.........Therefore, life, god, and this quantum universe goes beyond words.........even in entertaining "nothing", in all actuality, and in the english language itself, its still "something" - a word, and an entity - the stuff of life, god, and the universe............It's all common sense boys and girls of humanity - it's Life 101 - please show humanity what "something" actually looks like, and make them realize that seeing and feeling the stuff is more important than trying to define or explain the stuff with human words

So we can cease trying to figure more of it out, analyzing it, or limiting it - It's just here for whatever you can possibly imagine (thinking in limiting ways about it is just that - the way that individual brain thinks in it's own reality, rather than how it actually is - there actually is something in what seems to be void of life, empty, or blank).............God is simply this legendary expansion of energy putting on many displays of what appears as actions, illusions, tricks, and tests, and enjoys getting itself in and out of holes, while dishing out lessons of balance that feel so real to suddenly awaken part of itself to the actuality that there's more occurring in other dimensions within that reality type of actuality...............It's simply the ultimate field of omni-many possibilities - that we can zoom lighter into and darker away from.............It's that which is metaphysical and physical (according to perspective or level of awareness)............Is the metaphysical of the physical, the physical of the metaphysical, the physical actually being metaphysical, and the metaphysical actually being physical

God is everything put together.............Is the Darkness and the Light that manifests at many different levels of vibration with many different purposes.............Can seem to be going against the structure or form of something, while actually just breaking something down to its roots and transforming it into something that's either more purposeful or to serve another purpose...........Is that which illuminates, activates, causes things to mobilize, opens us up to having a sense of creativity, causes us to unite with what appears as "others", allows us to learn from each other, and can suddenly make it that we are experiencing a transformation into another dimension form of purpose

One may ask, "Is God the creator of life, and if so, who is the creator of God" - here's the ultimately actual answer:  First, in human terms, we have "reason" (within us) to call God a creator - that's the reality belief that humans naturally think life is about in projection to just what a human being is about...........Yet, God, Life, Universe, or whatever you choose to call it for whatever purpose it feels for you to call it, is beyond the limits of human words to explain, so, all that actually matters for us is that we at least know that God, Life, Universe, or whatever, are word sounds with distinct vibrations in them for simply uttering them and then releasing them from our minds and out into the universe........Then we can simply focus on the actuality that the purpose of all of this quantum presence is for whatever you can possibly entertain with it, and realize that God is actually the "opener" of the "physical you" that's actually "you" switching your focus to experience an individual "you" (what a nice trick) - it's more like a scope switching its view that zooms into a dimension of what already exists to a certain frequency mix of light and dark, rather than really creating "you" that we call a human being containing a soul - that's just the impression that comes from that certain frequency / vibration of light and dark setting - so what's to create if everything is already there..........so please, humanity, move into the awareness that entertaining the idea of a  "creator" is similar to entertaining an "origin"

Therefore, we can actually forget about asking that silly question and only focus on that God or Life "just is" , it's "ultimately staying put", and it's like a trick to humanity in this earthly game to live out, making us think that there is a such thing as "a creator of all life" when really it's for humanity to imagine that we are creators of things here on earth........knowing this, let's answer the question of how do we make babies, using the correct words - please try to find the word "creation" in this: A man has sex with a woman; his seed enters her egg; the cells begin to replicate; God feels energy on that plane of its body; opens light attention into it; and opens another eye; just like a peacock that has many eyes; the baby or "eye of god" comes into carnation - we are simply just another eye of the ultimate God, and "eye" means to focus, so let's move on to focusing on what actually deserves our attention, which is how to actually connect and communicate with this God of life, because the only thing that we are really the creator of is that imaginary word - "creator".....contemplate on that, and let's move on to what actually makes the universe or God open up to you

Humanity, the only way to become aware of, fully connect with, actually communicate with, and actually know God is to first find the center of something, focus all of your attention or being in it, and open yourself fully to learn more about it.........and especially when you try to learn more about it either from certain sources out there, or direct revelation, you notice that what appears to be a mystery, totally beyond understanding, or something of a very dark nature, are only so because of humanity's habit of turning our light attention away from the center of things, or from all that's within to only see the physical or apparent

Therefore, God is the source of Light that can appear to be shady or dark when you are out of touch with, totally away from, and too much in the reality surface in polar view from the core center of something - staying in the dark about it, oblivious that once you pay attention to it's center you can start to see it in it's true light; even that which the source of attention is in the dark about, making it suddenly feel like opening up to you a little more............However, God is also the experience bringer to "all", and lets the experience be the teacher and motivator of centering more into something to undergo the process of enlightenment that suddenly opens things up more.........let's erase those ten commandments from our minds

Notice that all organisms have a center (or a seat of the soul), and its center is that which keeps it alive, even if only close to the center - like our hearts for example, and also the exact center of ourselves which is the gut where we can intuit things after feeling deeply from it..........This gut location is actually just where the spirit of our soul communicates with us............Picture a circle from the top of your heart to the bottom of your gut - it's actually in essence a metaphysical circular cut that serves as an outlet to your soul and spirit - where your heart is, it's like the cut is a little deep (for soul or unique self access), and where your gut is, the cut is much deeper (for spirit or intuition access) - however, it's just a cutting out of certain organic energy particles than organs........Actually, in this center, what we can call a cut is merely just an intentional empty space with very little to totally free of organic energy in that space , which is why the surrounding organs are reacting to this center with lots of energy, like a yin-yang effect

A deeper explanation of an entity's or organism's center is that: All things open into existence from some essence point from which developments sprout out, and fill up around it, all the while it keeps exactly in the center.....Even if it makes things divide, replicate, or split off from it, there still exists some metaphysical connection to it in that whatever happens to such essence the energy vibrates outward to eventually impact them all.....Even just a conscious tuning in with such essence is able to make all of its developments feel a very strong vibe to turn their focus and energy back into the direction towards their essence or prime center.......Anyhow, the essence of any type of development or entity is that which remains the most loving, objective, proctecting, all-seeing, all-knowing, all-remembering, and most God-Aware part of it, through all conditions......Even more so, any parts, cells, or organs nearest to it are the ones that portray more of these characteristics than all else inside of that particular form, structure, or body.....Those further away portray less of these, and more about exhibiting twilight or dark nature type of characteristics
